Manage Accounts Using Bulk CSV File Upload
Purpose: Follow these instructions to add or update accounts in bulk
Menu Navigation: Accounts -> Manage Accounts -> Update Accounts
1. Download the "Read Only" CSV template. "user_upload_20230427_1423.csv"
2. Open the template and "save as" a new .CSV file. Rename the file.
3. Fill out the new .CSV with your user data.
4. Save and upload to Account/Manage Accounts/ Update Accounts
IMPORTANT when filling out this template:
1. DO NOT change the order of the existing columns.
2. Adding new columns will create new user attributes (Not applicable for SSO-single sign on).
3. The first 5 columns are mandatory and the rest are optional.
